Across the country, community spaces are closing. Trust is eroding. Divisions are growing.

We believe there's another way forward — one built on belonging, leadership, and mutual investment.
Project 1 is our plan to make that future real.

We are creating something powerful and lasting:

What We're Building

1. A Permanent, Autistic-Led Community Space

A physical home — designed and operated by Autistics, but open to everyone.
This space will offer events, resources, connection, and belonging for the entire community.

It's not a service center.
It's a home base for a better future — where Autistic voices lead, and all are welcome.

2. Community Integration and Visibility

We won't exist on the sidelines.
Our center will be deeply integrated into the surrounding community — visible, active, and essential.
Through service projects, free resources, and public events, we will be partners in building stronger, more inclusive neighborhoods.

By stepping forward and giving back, we also challenge outdated narratives — showing that the Autistic community is not a burden to society, but an essential contributor to its strength, creativity, and resilience.

3. Growing Leaders, Strengthening Communities

Project 1 will create service and leadership pathways for Autistic individuals and others who have historically been pushed out of traditional leadership roles.
We are investing in people — building skills, confidence, and community capacity for decades to come.

💡 Introducing: Dream for a Dream

A new way to grow the future — together.

Project 1 is more than a building. It's a launchpad.
That's why we created Dream for a Dream — a community-powered program where one dream funds another.

Here's how it works:

  • A supporter donates to the P1 Capital Fund through the Dream for a Dream program.
  • Half of their donation goes toward stable investment — helping us buy and maintain our physical community space.
  • The other half funds a dream submitted by a community member — a small business, a creative idea, a public project, or something totally new.

If the dream earns money, it pays back the amount it received.
Once it's repaid, profits are split — half goes back to the P1 Capital Fund to help future dreams, and the other half supports AOG programs.

🎁 Dreamers keep ownership of their idea, and can even donate it to AOG if they choose.
💥 We help fund, promote, and support each dream we accept.

Why It Matters

This isn't charity.
It's community investment.
It's systems change.
It's long-term sustainability rooted in real relationships, shared spaces, and shared dreams.

When we invest in people, we strengthen entire communities.

This project gives Autistic individuals and the broader community a platform to show what's possible — breaking stigma, building pride, and proving that when everyone is given a chance, everyone benefits.
