AOG Community
Find your people, at your pace.
AOG community spaces are built for Autistic, neurodivergent, and disability-connected people who want connection without pressure. Whether you want to talk, listen, play, learn, lurk, or just exist near people who get it, there is room for you here.
What community means at AOG
We believe community should be flexible, welcoming, and shaped by the people in it. You do not have to perform, mask, explain yourself perfectly, or participate in one “right” way to belong.
Our spaces are designed to support real connection while respecting different communication styles, sensory needs, energy levels, and comfort zones.

You can participate your way.
You are welcome to come with your camera off, use chat instead of voice, listen quietly, take breaks, stim, process slowly, ask questions, or simply be present. Community does not require constant interaction.
