What is MyAOG?

MyAOG is the free account system for Autism On the Go’s online community spaces. It helps us create safer, more intentional spaces where people can connect, participate, and access community features without everything being fully public.

MyAOG is built for Autistic people, neurodivergent people, people with disabilities, and supporters of our communities. It is part of AOG’s larger goal: creating spaces where people can show up with less pressure, less masking, and more choice.

Enter the Parallel Play Zone

The Parallel Play Zone, or PPZ, is AOG’s calm virtual lounge. It is a place to be around other people without needing to talk, perform, or socialize in a specific way.

Inside the PPZ, you can move through rooms, adjust your avatar, use soft status signals, chat if you want, stay quiet if you need, draw, focus, listen to music, breathe, or just exist nearby.

Who can join?

You are welcome to create a free MyAOG account if you identify as, connect with, or support any of the following communities:

• Autistic people
• Neurodivergent people
• People with disabilities
• Supporters, family members, allies, and community partners

What can you do with MyAOG?

• Connect with other AOG community members
• Participate in community spaces as they grow
• Use AOG online features in a more protected, member-based environment

MyAOG will continue to grow over time. We are building it carefully, with community needs, accessibility, consent, and flexibility at the center.
