Everyday Access & Support Essentials (EASE™)

Access and support are not special accommodations. They are part of everyday life.

AOG EASE reflects our belief that support helps people participate, regulate, and live with greater ease — and that when systems don’t provide those supports, it is okay to give them to ourselves.

We do not believe people are broken. We believe many environments are unsupported. EASE exists to reduce friction, not to fix people.

Participant Pricing

Many items in the EASE collection include two pricing options.

Participant Pricing allows members of our community to purchase items at or near the cost of production. This option exists so that people who benefit from these supports can access them without financial barriers.

Supporter Pricing helps sustain Autism On the Go’s programs and allows us to expand the EASE line and support creators in our community.

If you are able to choose the supporter price, you are helping make these supports accessible to others.

Both options are always welcome.

What Is AOG EASE?

AOG EASE is a small collection of everyday support tools designed by and for neurodivergent people.

These tools are used in AOG groups, events, and workshops as optional supports. They are also made available more broadly for those who want them in their daily lives.

EASE stands for:

Everyday Access & Support Essentials

Because support should be ordinary.

Why EASE Exists

Many people are capable but unsupported.

Hydration, temperature comfort, light regulation, routine anchoring, reflection, and boundary language all influence how we move through the world. When those supports are present, participation becomes easier. When they are absent, everything takes more effort.

EASE tools are simple, everyday objects that help reduce that effort.

Not solutions.
Not treatment.
Not requirements.

Just support.

The EASE Toolkit

The EASE Core Bag

The foundational set of supports AOG uses in our spaces. This may include items that support sensory comfort, regulation, and participation during events and community gatherings.

First Year paid members receive the EASE Core Bag as part of their participation in the member program.

Optional EASE Support Modules

Some people benefit from additional everyday supports. Members may choose an optional EASE module annually based on what works best for them.

  • Hydration Support Module
Supports regulation and stamina through consistent hydration.
  • Thermal Regulation Support Module
Supports light sensitivity and outdoor participation.
  • Thermal Comfort Module
Supports temperature comfort and routine anchoring.
  • *Coming Soon!* Boundary & Reflection Module
Supports decision-making, regulation, and personal boundaries.

There is no hierarchy between modules. More is not better. The right support is the one that works for you.

How EASE Is Used in AOG Spaces

EASE tools are present in AOG programs as optional supports. Participants are encouraged to:

  • Use whatever they already have.
  • Bring items that help them feel comfortable.
  • Choose the supports that work best for them.
  • Participate without needing any specific item.

No purchase is required to participate in any AOG space.

Access to community is never contingent on buying something.

How People Access EASE

EASE supports are made available in two ways:

Public availability helps extend access beyond our programs and helps sustain AOG’s work. Revenue generated through EASE supports our mission of building community and increasing access for neurodivergent people.

The tools are optional. Support is not.

Our Commitment

AOG EASE is grounded in a simple idea:

Support should be normal.
Ease should not be rare.
Participation should not require unnecessary effort.

We do not sell solutions.
We share tools.

And we believe that from capable to able, sometimes all that is needed is the right support.
