Why the Core Bag is an EASE support
The Core Bag is a curated set of portable supports assembled to help with sensory comfort, regulation, focus, reflection, self-advocacy, and participation in groups, events, workshops, and everyday settings.
Rather than a single tool, it gives people a ready set of options to draw from depending on what a given environment asks of them. AOG uses these bags in our own meetings, workshops, trainings, and events, and first-year members receive one as part of the member program.
How this supports AOG’s mission
Making EASE supports publicly available extends AOG’s accessibility and participation work beyond our own programs, so people can reach the same supports we use in our spaces without needing to be enrolled in anything.
Revenue from EASE additionally helps sustain and expand that work — peer-led programming, inclusive community spaces, and the ongoing effort to make support ordinary.
