Why the Regulation Deck is an EASE support
This is not a branded playing card deck. AOG wrote and integrated original support content throughout it — reflection prompts, boundary language, pause reminders, and self-compassion messages — organized by suit so the support is part of the design rather than printed on top of it.
A familiar object lowers the barrier to reaching for support. A deck of cards can sit on a desk, travel in a bag, or come out in a group without announcing itself as a coping tool, which makes it easier to use in settings where that matters.
