James Orman, Founder and Executive Director of Neurodivergent Advocacy and Resource Group (NARG) and Autism On the Go (AOG), is a passionate advocate for Autistics, those on the spectrum, and neurodivergent individuals in general. With a degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, nearly a decade of law office experience, he channels his expertise into advancing the cause of true acceptance and inclusion for members of the autism and disability community.
Orman lives with his husbands in Baltimore and encourages everyone to check out what makes Charm City so special. James embraces his late-in-life autism diagnosis as a driving force behind his mission for social justice and equity. His leadership skills are pivotal in shaping the resources and initiatives aimed at creating welcoming and inclusive spaces for neurodivergent people.
