Through our Your Job, Your Way program, we’ve recently welcomed several new team members who are helping bring our community projects to life — and doing it in ways that work for them.
Instead of traditional hiring systems filled with resumes, rigid roles, and endless barriers, Your Job, Your Way flips the model.

AOG and Jobs Your Way
That means:
- No artificial gatekeeping
- Flexible roles that evolve with the person
- Work built around strengths, interests, and accessibility needs
- And most importantly — Autistic people being paid for the skills and creativity they bring to the community.
So who’s joined the team?
🗓 Our Operations Specialist Rosanna Tufts is helping keep AOG organized with Constant Contact emails and community calendars.
📱 Our Social Media Guru is helping us keep our socials lively and connect AOG with more of the wider community.
🌐 Our Website Designer is making sure our website stays useful, easy to navigate, and as accessible as possible.
🎮 Our Programmer JB Bianchino is bringing more fun and life to the MyAOG neurosensitive social platform prototype, helping us build games and tools designed by and for our community.
They join our two other amazing staff members who’ve been a part of the program since its early days, bringing AOG’s total amount of paid staff to six (6)! Each of these roles started the same way: a conversation about strengths, interests, and what someone wanted to contribute.
Because at AOG, the goal isn’t to squeeze people into predefined jobs.
It’s to build meaningful work together.
And yes — that means Autistic people getting paid for the things they’re great at, in ways that actually work for their lives.
We’re proud of this growing team and excited to see where their creativity takes AOG next.
