Too often, supports are treated like rare accommodations that people must justify or earn. But the truth is that many of the things that help us regulate, participate, and move through the world with less stress are just ordinary tools that make life easier.
That’s why we created AOG EASE — Everyday Access & Support Essentials.
EASE is a small collection of practical support tools designed by and for neurodivergent people. These are the kinds of items we already use in AOG spaces — in groups, events, and workshops — to help people feel comfortable, regulated, and able to participate.
They’re not treatments.
They’re not requirements.
They’re simply support.

EASE Core Bag
The EASE Core Bag is the foundational set of supports used in many AOG spaces.
It’s designed to help people regulate, stay comfortable, and participate in community environments. Items in the bag may support sensory comfort, grounding, and everyday participation during meetings, events, and gatherings.
First-year paid AOG members receive the EASE Core Bag as part of their membership experience.

Staying hydrated is one of the most overlooked supports for regulation and stamina.
The EASE Hydration Support module helps people maintain consistent hydration throughout the day — supporting focus, energy, and overall well-being.
