🥔 What is the TOT Farm?
The AOG TOT Farm is a living, growing space where our community members plant “That One Thing” (TOT) — a small, meaningful action that helps AOG grow.
It’s not about doing everything.
It’s not about doing it perfectly.
It’s about doing one thing that matters.
And then letting that grow.
🌿 What counts as “That One Thing”?
Honestly? Almost anything.
Your TOT could be:
- Sharing AOG with one person
- Joining a group for the first time
- Coming back after time away
- Supporting a post, event, or idea (like with the sharing buttons at the bottom of this post!)
- Starting something new
- Helping someone feel like they belong
- Donating, volunteering, or contributing your skills
- Or even just saying: “I’m here”
There is no minimum threshold.
There is no “not enough.”
If it helps you, AOG, or your community grow — it counts.

AOG doesn’t grow like traditional organizations.
We don’t scale through hierarchy.
We don’t rely on top-down systems.
