Founder & President
Winter Plott is first & foremost a creator and helper. As Founder & President of NARG & AOG, she works to create opportunities for growth and fulfillment through engagement in community. By day, she is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Licensed, working in Psych OT at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is passionate about helping others, and empowering them to be the versions of themselves they most want to be.
As an Autistic & Trans self-advocate, they strive to advocate for others within that intersection, and be an accomplice to those who do not occupy it. She tries her best to lead with curiosity, non-judgmentalness, and acceptance. As President, they hope to facilitate an inclusive community that allows Autistics & neurodivergent people to thrive.
