This presentation defines gratitude and “giving grace,” then explores real-life examples of what it sounds like and looks like (“I appreciate you,” “It’s not your fault,” “Can I support you?”).
We discuss why gratitude matters, what makes it hard sometimes, and how we can still want change while appreciating what we have. Participants learn practical ways to build gratitude and grace through mindfulness, pausing, journaling, and doing kind actions for the right reasons (because we want to—not out of guilt or obligation).
We close with simple reflection prompts and a 30-day challenge: share one thing you’re grateful for, tell someone what you like about them, or do one small action that brings joy each day.
