This training reframes “etiquette” as communication: what we do in groups tells others whether we respect them, value their time, and understand shared norms.
We explore the idea that behavior is communication, then break down practical skills like avoiding interruptions (especially when joining late), staying on topic, giving others space, targeting your message, and actively listening.
We also clarify the difference between an excuse, an explanation, an apology, and expressing sympathy—grounded in a core principle: apologies require action.
Participants practice with real-world scenarios (virtual and in-person), learn what to do when mistakes happen, and leave with simple “do/don’t” tools for smoother, more respectful meetings.
