LilithMoon Rivellon found a lifelong passion for supporting others through her early work with TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors), serving military families during some of their most difficult moments. Her experience there led her to become a doula and later to work with Catholic Charities.
Driven to better understand and advocate for those she served, she earned a degree in psychology and began working with children in locked treatment facilities. Seeing systemic issues firsthand inspired her to pursue a business education so she could contribute to meaningful change from within organizations.
This combination of frontline experience, trauma-informed understanding, and crisis training guides her work with the Gaia Group. As a genderqueer professional (pronouns he/she), she brings lived experience, compassion, and a commitment to neurodivergent-affirming support.She is honored to serve as Treasurer alongside Rachel Gabay, bringing her organizational skills, dedication, and passion for ethical, transparent operations to the financial stewardship of the organization.
